I know nothing about the company you ordered from, but learn from your mistakes. Never order from people without researching them first for positive feedback, and never order from someone who won't take your calls, or answer emails.

The problem is that sometimes when buying something the person will take all the time in the world to get your money and then just drop off the face of the earth.
I hope you get what you ordered or your money back,this is a helluva time of year to get ripped off.

Leave them a message if available. You never know maybe something has come up. Not that that is an excuse. But don't want to escalate the issue without giving them a little leeway IMO. Most sellers btw will give you a email when your item has shipped and most of the time give a tracking number. Until you get something like that I wouldn't consider anything shipped.
I feel bad for you and hope the transaction gets worked out. I'll check back in to see updates.
