I'll definitely go back if I get the chance. The wildlife was awesome and there are gators everywhere. I stayed on the southwest side of the state, Marco Island. It's about 15 min from the Everglades. Highway 41 goes through the glades. You can pull over to the side of the road anywhere and fish with the gators. There were gars everywhere and they were biting, but I was having a hard time getting the oscars to bite. The weather was great, 80 degrees. When I got home to Michigan it was 8 degrees.
