everybody post fish that are unusual.. not rare just do not see often..

not sure on the scientific name... maybe Solea selheimi i'm not too sure, i've never found any information on them. Only seen 3 pics of them on mfk... bought mine as a freshwater asian sole, although i believe there are many.

All i can say is i would rather be in your tank, then some who does not give the care.. yours look very healthy and happy.. and maybe someday you can get them bigger tank but for now .. they are awesome!!!

Thanks Thinking of getting a "regular" weather loach soon, they're pretty cool looking as well, kind of a marble brown type coloration.

I'd love to get a couple more farlos as well but haven't seen them since I got mine @ the LFS unless I wanna pay 18$ @ petsmart for the same thing I got for $4 @ the LFS

cheers, got him just over a year ago. Should have bought more, but i didn't have the space at the time. Only seen them for sale twice. Wern't too expensive though, equivelent of 20 dollars.
