Since all of us here love our fish, and "most" of us love our fishing i decided to create a thread dedicated to freashwater fishing where people can post pics of their fish and how big etc.
Ill post first pics, lol i just wish i had a camera when i went up the river with a mate, walking bare foot through freezing water and we caught 7 trout!
but ill start off with some redfin/yellowfin pictures (called redfin in Aus)
I dont have any pics of me but i have some of my bro. Both fish are 1kg+, or 2lb+ in the old scale.And in the background, that is one of the fishing spots, a reservior about 25 minutes from home, BIG place!
It seldom gets that big here ( 1,5 kilo's the most)

I used to catch a heap of Redfin when I was a kid, usually at Lake Eildon down here in Vic. I remember some of larger ones being 4kg+

finsandfangs all those fish look abnormally chunky - hell id call the smally a stocky fish! lol great to see a nice wide variety of fish!
