I thought maybe Red Parrot fish and etc. I have a heater, lights, Skimmer, Filter and etc. I will post a pick of the tank I have now.

If you're looking into blood parrots you'd want a king kong of a normal BP. Their bodies are deformed less and they don't have the deformed mouth. As for price they aren't that expensive. I picked up a 6" female for $50.
