Yep, the head blowing up was too gory, it got taken off that day, lol
 
on a myspace page and other website im not limited to gif size so post them up or link me please....
 
All you have to do is reduce the size. Open them in some type of photo program. In paint just open them then reduce by decreasing sketch and skew percentage. Usually you only half to reduce by 40% of so.

yeah but doing so will remove the animation. it will be just a still image. i use online programs to resize gifs. but sometimes the "movie" is just too long and you cant reduce the size enough.

for animated gifs to work as avatars, they have to be less than 150x150 pixels AND less than 250kb

What kind of online programs please?
 
i use this one. sometimes it wont work because it says the gif file has "errors". whatever that means. works great most of the time unless you have those really long movie gif's...
