ExCichlasoma Ornatum with eggs (VIDEO)

Finally after over one year of keeping these gems they spawned yesterday! really happy to se this as these have been my favourites for a long time now!

They made an attempt almost exactly one year ago but did not see any eggs then.

What is he BS'ing? He said the eggs lasted 4 days last time, and he's got eggs again. Video shows ornatum with eggs. Better than anyone else I've heard...

BS means Bull crap

this only means something if you think white eggs are good..

but eggs is better than none right? I wish all Ornatum pairs the best of luck. I think it will eventually happen one day

Very, very cool. Any tips or tricks that you used to condition them to spawn? What's your water chemistry like? If only you were in the US!
