Not Really, they were hanging around close together for a couple of days, defending their rock, chasing away other Fish, no striking, only chasing, could be if there were other big Fish not willing to give up space agressivity would escalate, then suddenly eggs on the rock!

Hehe thanks i guess! Sadly, once the fry became free swimming, the other Fish in the tank ate them pretty quickly, i have a bought a 54 liter tank that will be running and ready until the next spawn.

If you can successfully raise some fry you will have a gold mine, for a short time. It is very cool that they are spawning for you and I wish you that success!
