For those who don't follow The King Of DIY (Which you absolutely should be), he has a tank of Exodon, a type of tetra related to the piranha and he is very hesitant to stick his hand in the tank, he thinks they will attack him and actually hurt him, but I do not think this would be the case, what do you guys think?

They might nip at him if they have teeth they would probably cut him but he should be fine nothing serious

they have teeth, they're called the bucktooth tetra, they don't get very big though, maybe 3 inches, I think red eyed tetras have teeth and they bite me all the time and I'm fine

Yeah I think he is just doing that to generate hype for views and subscribers

I have a tank of exodon... they don’t bite me when I do water change and scrubs

I saw some the other day at my LFS very cool fish and i thought the same thing and asked to stick my hand in and was sadly declined so guess the world will never know! But i think they might nibble and peck at your hands and arms like the bolder species of tetras, rainbows, and bards tend to do but no real harm just a tingle.

yeah kinda what I assumed, the only one I won't stick my hand in with is a wolf fish. Cashier went to get it for a customer and it bit her, there was a trail of blood down the aisle
