Exodons and Cichlids

Got some in a small tank in the bed like to put them in my big cichlid tank. So I can watch them. A fella got them in with his says they do good but I just wanted your ***s opinion.
 
I love how people make them sound like absolute terrors.
They're tetras. With teeth. Just like Piranhas. A freakin serpae would be a holy terror if it grow nearly a foot long, probably moreso than any P.
You can try. Don't do it if you're not sure how to, if you value your fish far too much or you want to keep them with fish that are more docile or develop irresistible fin extension.
A well fed bucktooth is no more ferocious than a congo tetra. They can get downright boring. Obviously, introducing new fish any time after the Exodons become established give the Exodons the right to explore in whatever fashion they feel necessary which is often with nips and charges. The same with other fish, I would assume you knew that already.
