I'm sure that food is fine. It just says right on the website that its protein isn't quite as digestible, which will cause more waste, and that the food itself will foul your water quicker. a lot more tank maintenance would be necessary.
unless you are feeding large ponds of livestock, its not really worth it (as fish food loses a lot of its nutritional value after 6 months to a year, or less).
if you are feeding one or more large ponds stocked with loads of fish, this bulk food is probably the only reasonable (or affordable) way to go.
the poultry feathers probably provide valuable fiber; its just funny seeing that listed on the ingredients.
