RD is an abbreviation of the name of the city I live in, which I have been using since back when Al Gore invented the internet. The avatar, that's right, Billy Jack is back.
I always thought it stood for red devil (even though I did know you were in red deer)

I would have assumed you called underwear nickers ?

No, over here in sunny blighty we refer to underwear as undercrackers, as a general rule. But sometimes I've been accused on the forum of coming out with terminology that no one understands, so on this occasion I thought I'd be posh and refer to them as underwear. And in any case it's knickers, as in with a "k". Lol.

I’m curious what name you will be going with!!

My new name, when admin get it sorted, will be "LordEsox". I am now the proud owner of a plot of land on a Hebridean island (just off Scotland). I can, by law, and if I so wish, use my new title anywhere except on my passport and driving licence.

In truth it's just a novelty thing. Thousands of people own these "plots". Although they genuinely exist, and if I wanted i could actually visit my plot, I bet nobody goes all that way just to have a look at a tiny piece of land in a field!

The money generated goes to the gamekeepers so they can take care of the land. In many cases unique wildlife lives there so it's for a good cause. Not only do the animals benefit but I get a new title. It's a win win all round, lol.

I just picked up a very mature male that I’ve dubbed “fat bastard”

That is indeed a rather portly zebra, lol.

I must admit my spelling is atrocious! So thank you for adding the silent k lol I always missed those silent letters as a kid

?I love that you are putting your new Title to use! I just made my bf a lord for Xmas I even ordered all the extras of the framed certificate, though I don’t think it will arrive for Xmas. I’ll be printing out a copy to go under the tree. I cannot remember where my bf owns his 5 square feet of land but it is the same idea that it is dedicated to preservation of the natural land. You can also request a local tree species be planted on your plot but they make no guarantees that it can be done.

And there it is, portly. The word that I would not understand if I read it in a sentence out of context haha

maybe I should change his name to portly as it does sound more posh than fat bastard ?

I almost feel sorry for the little guy with fat bastard as his name. Don't tell me you allocate similar pet names for your fella too, lol.

I can just hear the conversation in your house in a morning, "Oi, knobsack, are you done in that flippin bathroom yet?" Lol.

It's great that your fella is a lord too. I reckon he'll prefer that title to knobsack! Lol.

Hahaha well now he is known as portly ?

no my fella is highly respected and since he has been home with an injury this past year he has been the most exceptional house husband by cooking, cleaning, walking the dog, and focused on his recovery to get back to work.

It is a running joke in our house that everyone referred to him as king bc his name is everywhere and was very popular with royalty. So I find it fittingly to make him a lord.

did you happen to order the framed certificate? If so how long did it take you to get it

It was my wife who sorted it all out. She bought it me as a gift and just handed the official looking box over to me one day with all the documentation enclosed. We just bought a frame separately and put the certificate in. It's on the wall in the living room usually, but I temporarily took it down just yesterday. I needed the nail it was hanging on to put Xmas decorations up! lol.

When my name change is officially done I was going to take a photo of it on the wall and post it up on the forum, as proof of my elevation in society, lol.

I use this username or something around this username for many different things, so thought I would continue it. I like animated horror movies and games like FNAF (Five Nights at Freddy's). My pic bounced around from different horror people, and I just found this on google.

I wondered when you'd turn up, but here he is, lol. Come to think of it i reckon you're due a username change too. I bet a few members have just the right name for you.....and none of them printable, lol.
