Thats all a freaking wet/dry is? check out my outher thread and tell me if that would work?

and thank you verymuch for the help ill be makeing one over the weak sence i have nothing to do..

how big would u think a wet/dry should be for a 120gallon tank?

The bigger the better. Something that will hold about 7 gallons of pot scrubbers or bio balls.

What other thread?

Yep they are kinda $ but look out near there pond stuff ( also near the plants outside) under the pumps they have floss/filter media/ and grey bio balls. well they do near me atleast.

and what am i missing for my filter so far?
Bio balls
Pot scrubbers
Srubbie pads (nylon from dollar store)

Good illistation.

Scrubbies or bioballs should be to the bottom of sump for best biological action.

And if you use 2 or 3 layers of filtering (ie course ,then medium to fine) the bio-material won't get plugged up as fast, or not at all. Last filters even start to work as bio-filters over time.
