Exploded tank not a good thing to wake up to

i clean and dry water damages for a living and there is nothing worse then something like this ive walkedon a job to a 400 gal sw tank Kids were playing baseball in the dads living room : ( terrible

it could also be the stand, make sure that the stand is level as well. If it is leaning one way or anther it could put more stress on one part of the tank more so then another...
Just went and checked lol, it's all level. Funny that I lost just the Aro...must have banged his head or something, considering they can survive out of water much longer than the other fish which were ok.
Alas, I'm not likely to get compensation for the aro, as that kinda thing requires dealing with the manufacturer and they have tons of disclaimers for that kinda thing. Also, I work at the store it's from lol.
All my tanks are in a U shape with a floor drain in the middle, so there was almost no water damage, just a wet rug.

Any idea at all how this happened? I've had tanks crack on the bottom from a fallen rock or split a seam from being unlevel, but I've never seen a tank that just cracked across the back like that.

just terrible. glad to hear no real water damage and no one was hurt.
that kind of failure could have been trouble with little ones around..
