External Durso standpipe isnt flowing fast enough

you got it, just put the pvc straight into the bulkhead thats side drilled so the durso goes up and down.
and your airhole, it's on the top of the pvc cap right? i usually end up drilling multiple small holes in order to get it to flow right
yea its up top. smaller hole equals more flow correct? with the smallest hole it still does not flow fast enough and that is my problem. if i plug the hole the syphon works plenty fast but I get the gurgling and with the hole completely open it obviously makes more noise but still does not flow properly.
cant remember the rules on hole size, but what if you try makign the hole bigger or adding another hole? if it screws it up just replace the cap. like i said, mine have multiple holes in them
yea ive tried it and it doesnt work. Im still puzzled on the bulkhead size because the outside fitting of the bulkhead only fits threaded 1.25" thread slip adaptors does this mean it has to be 1.25". Dude im so confused im laughing at myself now. is there anyway I could measure the bulkhead or something to find the actual size hole? by the way thanks for the help.
