Extreme Couponing

So, anyone seen that new show on TLC? I find it intriguing ... and while I may not want to have a stockpile that big, I'd love to find good deals like that!!!

I know the majority of you all are guys, but maybe your wives/gf's do it?

Anyone out there that does it and any tips/online sites/etc that you could recommend? LOL

I hate "Couponing"

however im the sorta guy that goes in and knows how many cents per ml something is and finds out if the bulk size is really worth it, etc etc.

i love watching that show! i cant believe that stuff is even possible.
it seems way to time consuming though to me.

I wish I had the patience... I once saved $13 using coupons.. but have failed to do it again...

my GF likes that show, but frankly it bothers me. why take that much when you will never use it? i caught a glimpse of one where a lady bought like 74 of 75 bottles of mustard the store had becuase it was a "bargan" however neither her , nor her husband eat mustard. id lose my mind if i needed 2 bottles for a BBQ and saw her with the whole stock

i just want to save money ... LOL. I'm cool with getting one bottle of something i need for 15 cents, not 20. LOL

if i was immortal, i might spend time doing that but since my time is limited, never. i wouldn't even let a girlfriend do it.

i watched wife swap once where they took an extreme couponing wife and swapped her with a free spending decent income family with high schoolers.....needless to say, the coupon goblin couldn't handle it. didn't even want the kids playing sports

Me too. Knowing what's the best deal for the money can often save you more than a coupon.
