Extremely Cloudy Water Problem

no the water has not cleared up yet, it is getting better. i'm going to the store a.s.a.p to buy another filter. thanks for the help guys!

so did the extra filter work? it wouldnt hurt to also run some carbon to help clear up the cloudiness and if there is any smell..

What kind of substrate do you have?

I would get an emperor filter. They're great. I've never had a problem with them, and I've run them on fresh and salt water.
