Extremely high nitrates and nitrites help?

Fx5 go for 400$ a peice. Sorry I don't like my redtail that much. The tank is a 40 gallon untill. He grows out of it then. I have a monster tank for him. ATM I'm using 4 hob filtersr rated at 60 gallons a peice and 2 ehiem canister fiters I haven't done a water change in over a week and everything checks out good. The stock is one rtc 4 Iinches. One rtc xshovle nose hybrid 4 inches and a small brown bullhead. I may setup a 85 before the monster tank havnt decided . But everything seems to be okay now
