While feeding this morning, my armatus accidentally punctured my arowana’s eye :(((. But thank God it isn’t that cloudy right now (see pics). I added some melafix into the tank this morning to treat it. Given it’s current condition, should I continue using melafix or go for some other stronger medication such as Ocean Free Anti cloudy eye Med?

If its clearing up keep doing what your doing.. no need to add anti cloudy eye unless it worsens or doesn't improve
Also add a little salt

Great news! It’s clearing up after dosing melafix. Should I complete the treatment (7days) or stop it halfway if it has cleared up? Also, should I feed it during treatment, as my water is turning yellow since I can’t do any water changes within the recommended 7days of treatment

I personally would keep the treatment going but monitor your water parameters as well.
