Do they have a warm bathing area? If yes how often you change the water?

Oh ok so you have mesh so that tells me that they are getting uv...if you have a uv lamp. I not get one fast. Also your problems regarding your dragon eyes may be nutricional and bacterial based. First of you need to change the bathing water daily if you dont have a filter on it. One of the first things I learned about water dragons when I kept them many years ago is just how sensitive this guys are to dirty water. Your dragons are bathing and drinking in the same water they use to go toilet, wich means you realy must change the water very regularily. Its messy and hard but makes part of the thing when you have water dragons. The only way to excape such a thing is in the future, you build a much larger habitat for them in wich you can use a larger water container that can be acopled with a filter. Untill then water changes rule:D That alone is egnoff to cause your dragon´s eye problem. But I also see you have made another mistake. Crickets alone is a poor diet for your dragon. You need to gut load them with stuff like fish food and greens before you feed them to your animals by at least 24 hours and you need to include more food kinds. Small grasshopers, mealworms, roaches, waxworms ,etc all gutloaded are important prey items. By the way its also important to include some vegetable mater, stuff like fics ,mango, banana, papaya and even leafy greens are consumed by dragons. They are a small part of a mainly insectivore diet granted by also present. Pinkies can also be aded and are of great nutricion. Dont forget to ad a suplement every other feding like herptivit
Finely untill at least your dragon gets better, it would be great that you replace that mulch you use for substrate by something more higienic like paper towells. That stuff is great for bacteria and other nasty stuff to multiply so by now it would be great to replace it:D

The mesh needs to be covered 3/4 of the way, thats the issue use reynolds foil or something like that to cover it, or you can make an acrylic top to cover that length
