I am posting this thread to get a feeling for the market on these fish, the RED MAMMON (KK Parrot), are the only ones with large flowerhorn like hump. There are only one breeding farm in the world in Taiwan that breeds this particular fish. I have the chance right now to get some in, but i am just trying to get a feeling on how many people would actually want these true monster beauties. I will probably be carrying only 2 sizes, the 18cm and 23cm, both will be the top grade with authenticity paper and micro chip implents. These fish are not hormon induced or injection for its color, its natural and will stay this for its lifetime. I have seen these monsters over 30cm+.
Sorry for the long rant.. if anyone is seriously interested, feel free to email me: anthony812@sbcglobal.net

as of now, I think the price for 18cm is $350 and the 23cm will be $750.. again, these are not set prices yet.. thanks for your time to read this.

hi M/L, thanks for the advice, I would really love to be a sponser, but i just dont carry that much freshwater fish.. besides, Wes is just right down the streeet from me and i dont want to step in his territory..hehe.. you know what i mean? We all know that Wes is the KING of freshwater in Ca. but if its about saltwater/corals, that would be me.. lol.

Slammer, I totally understand where you come from, and I feel the same way.. that is why i have not done it yet but trying to get a feeling first. However, I truly doubt that these ones will be more abundant in the market, mainly because these are not like the flowerhorns where they breed easily and all the time. I have not even seen a true female available in the market at all.

One cool part about the Red Mammon is that they are docile and not agressive toward other tank mates, which makes them perfect for arrowana/ray tanks.. here is a picture for you all to enjoy and drool.. I know i did!
