I'm on it! George, what is the update with your "pre-spawning" Istlanum?? If they breed, take some pics of the egg mass and later of the post hatch?

They are still lit up with color and going at it through the divider. I've been busy with work so I haven't had the time to keep them together and keep an eye on them. This weekend I'll remove the divider and see what happens. I will put some targets in with them next week if they don't get going this weekend. I'm being very cautious with the female. If I had another female as a spare I would feel better about keeping them together when I'm not around!

Hear that Joe, "spare female" would be nice!!

A very dim tank light just to enable the camera to focus and strong remote fired overhead flash. This combo with a high aperture brings out unreal details and color when you get the settings right. Nice video and congrats on the spawn!!
