thanks for the replys,they are from 3 to 5 inchs,i lost 4 due to fighting,they are in a 125,i got them from a breeder in the u.k,i will post more pics in a few weeks.
Your Festae are really looking good! I had some fry from the same batch as you and ive had big problems with the aggression too. Ive had to split most of them up and now all I have is the alpha male and 3 of the females left. They seem to focus all there aggression on the group of tilapia I have in the tank so I havent had anymore casualties yet.
Hey I havent got any pics. But I did take a vid on my phone yesterday. I have 3 suspected females. The "males" in my batch seemed to grow much quicker, show much more of a green colour and have more growth of a nuchal hump. The suspected "females" were always an inch or two behind the males, had a lighter overall colouration, less green on the body and fins and less development of a nuchal hump.
