i totally understand and agree. at the same time i feel you have to give some new people a shot at giving these beautiful fish a chance to own and understand them as well. i know not all people are qualify to own certain fish out there, but we are not here to judge. all im saying is there are alot of loyal people who i know will treat these fish with the up most respect but at the same time there are newbs out there who need a chance as well!!! thanks again cant wait to see what you bring in next!!!! the only cichla i truly want to own is an intermedia. thats my dream fish!!!

haha, I will not discriminate new customers at all. Just giving the returning customers some incentive for being loyal.

Here's my story about these bahias. These were my first purchase from Rare Fish. Never knew or spoke to Wes before. I was to buy 10 of them through a group buy. For some reason or another the person coordinating cancelled the order. Because they were all sold I begged Wes to sell me some. He gave me a chance and sold me 4 of his own. Definitely new customer was not discriminated. Actually, Wes limited my purchase one time because he wanted to make sure everyone had a chance.
I'm proud of the fish quality and created this thread to share. Big plus if it saved me a place in-line for the next rare fish.
Rare fishes are limited and only few know how and where to get them. Just gotta be ready if and when they're here.

In my opinion , Kens bahias are the nicest and by far my favorite kelberis here on MFK.

For the amount of time and great effort of raising these guys , Ken should definitly be 1 of the few to get 1st crack at any intermedias if they come in.

Now he's using the golden touch on the xingus. Ken knows how to get the most out of these guys.

My guess in size of the big boy is 15 inches minimum based on the 12 inch ruler.

Loyal customers deserve discounts and preferred treatment in my opinion as well.
