Is there any S/C Cichlid you havnt kept or dont keep Aquamojo?:D

I have a group Im growing out to breed.Very pretty in an understated way.
They are sharing a tank with my pikes atm but will be getting a tank of thier own in the next few weeks.A few bags of them came up at the nycichlids.com auction last fall and I snagged one bag for next to nothing.

they are very cool fish, i did not know much of the name until we got some brought in at work,
might be bringing home a breeding pair very soon :)

FishFarm here was bringing some in ... the pikes came in, so you can contact him and see if the chans came in too ...

I don't have facetum but I got a pair of oblongum last week. First time I've ever seen them offered anywhere. Very cool fish, nice red on the fins and lots of blue spotting on the bodies. Lots of fast color changes and total pigs during feeding.

Hi!
I have some pictures in my homepage;
www.aqvaterra.com (look for Australoheros under "Cichlids")

There is a lot of "similar" species of facetus, the real Australoheros facetus is the most southern of them.
I send some Australoheros n.sp. "Local" to Ken Davis for 3 days ago; smaller than facetus but with more color (even if I love the facetus too....!!).

I've kept a lot of fish over the past 35+ years...to be honest I don't have many of the South American Cichlids anymore. The fish in this post would be one that I would consider again. They are rally very nice.

Yes they are!
The Australoheros n.sp. "Local" and the Australoheros n.sp. "Red Ceibal" are my favorites in the "facetus" group.

I'm a bit confused as to which species is which. Are these facetus or oblongum?

In any case, there are 7 of them sharing a 30 long. A pair has taken over the sunken ship ornament in the middle, but not so much as a split fin among the group so far. With a bit of luck there will soon be fry.
