Factors to breed?

A good thing to stimulate breeding is to make things in your tank fluctuate. Try leaving the tank lights off, or doing a big waterchange and skipping one as long as you watch your params, or raising the heat a degree or two. Always worked for me. Feeding them alot is good and it is only overfeeding if there is leftovers. As long as they eat everything you give them its all good.

Plus there could be other things unknown to us, maybe there's a TV too close and the constant flickering bothers them, maybe doors slamming bothers them and so on...

I have some convicts right now in a 60 gallon and they won't breed. Who knows?
