The puffer is really picky eating right now. Does not want frozen clam on the half shell or any frozen foods. Just live crabs and crayfish

Figured I would join in and post a few pictures of my big girl. She is 16-18 inches and built like a rugby ball, she is in a 220g community tank with CA cichlids and a occelated snakehead. Diet is the usual along with shell on cockles and morio worms.
I have a 9-12 month old puffer that I moved to a 90 gallon tank. He started out doing fine but has recently been excreting a yellow substance. What is it? Is he sick? He doesn't seem to want to eat frozen half clam or blood worms anymore, only live crayfish. Can someone please help?
