just silicone the slate together. and looks nice try a polishing pad to clear up the water
+1 a little silicone will go a long way and definitely help cut down any chances of hurting your puffer...
Took out the decoration, and I guess it makes cichlids brave cause one went close to him during feeding time and got a chunk taken out of his tail
