Fair price for?????

There is a mono p bass for sale on my local classifieds. It's about 10 inches he said he has lots of replies and to make an offer. What would a fair offer be on a 10 inch mono I live in southern ontario.

I'm from ontario and 30 is good but you always find those people. I once had someone on kijiji try and sell me a green terror 6" for $300!!
