its just a sellers gimmick and I feel bad for who ever falls for it.
the only price difference I have seen is between the bary and hemi L-200 I cant remeber which one costs more.
Just because you haven't seen it, doesn't mean that it isn't something done. L128 that have a lighter blue color are very uncommon, and generally take a fair bit more. L200, both high fin and normal, are much more expensive if they have a lighter coloration. High fin and normal fin, however, generally cost the same, with similar size and color.Jackson;4877838;4877838 said:

Its not just me. I have seen this discussed on many forums recently there was a thread about this on PC. Light coloured ones are just as common as dark coloured ones.
I have lists from many wholesaler and not one of them price them any different. I have ordered them in the past and some came in dark and some light. I payed the same for each of the no matter what colour they were.
I guess in the states people price fish differently.
