its too bad jebo doesnt make their tanks any wider.. they only get longer the bigger they get.
You have the same model Jebo tank I have. The only difference is that my is all black. They make a tank wider with the same length. They have a 150 gal Jebo that has the same design except wider. When I'm ready to upgrade to 150 I'm going acrylic. Jebo tanks are freaking too heavy to lift. How long have you had this tank? I have mine for exactly one year.
I don't know how you manage to fit a FX5 in there. I had a hell of a time hooking up my UV system. So you cut off your tank plastic trim? I'm too chicken to do that. I saw off my Emperor 400 to make it fit.

really..? I din't see the 150g thats wider in my catalog.. my dad used to own a furniture store and we used to sell jebo's so i got to choose from a catalog, but didnt see any tanks with a wider footprint.
but yeah.. now i understand why noboyd likes glass tanks.. cause they are HEAVY.!
oh and i didnt have any problems fitting that fx5 in there..
Check this out man. R228 is the 150 gallon. I actually saw the 150gallon at the store. At the time I was didn't think I wanted a fish that will grow 24" but now that I found this site I wanted bigger fish.
