False ammonia spike?

Man, how much are you feeding? Seems like big fish, and then some Rays, in a 240 Gallon. Could it be you're feeding, then doing a water test, and reading ammonia spikes the fish put out from having eaten? Those fish eat a lot, all at once, there's a spike in ammonia levels in a tank that size.

Fish are all juvies mate tank well over filtered just dont understand two different readings from tests one just out of date.

yea, if the stock is too young for heavy ammonia spikes, then the test's suspect.

so, i thought if somebody called you "mate", and they have an English accent, that they're really Australian. But, you're the second Englishman to call me "mate" this week. :) It's very confusing.
