Older bro has just come to ours (2.30am) kicking off on my cousin. Woke me up with his kicking off, and trying to be a good family member I tried to get him out the house and to leave me, my mum and my cousin alone.

Bearing in mind this is a 24 yr old 6'2 15 stone previous offender drunk off his face who's been in jail...no easy task. Especially when your 15 and 5'3...
What do I get for trying to help? Spat at and punched in the face so my nose bleeds by him.

And then my mum made excuses for him and reasons not to call the police.

Why do I bother...?

That's a bunch of crap Jessica. Call the police. Your family doesn't deserve that.

I made my mum call the police, but I decided against going to court about it.
He's the kind of nob who would see me on the street and kick the **** out of me for it..
But, I said to my mum, if theres no restraining order on him soon I'm moving out..

How much of a 'man' can you be when you punch a girl almost ten years younger than you.

Saying that, mum and dad are just as bad, do F-ALL.

I cant comprehend how one family member can treat another like that no matter how mad you can get at each other!

If I ever see a "man" do that to a women....errr sadly Id end up with more jail time then he would....

Again Im sorry and since Ive never been there I cant offer any advice. Now all night Im going to be pissed thinking some one could do this.

LOL, I felt it coming tbh.
He hates my guts. Have no idea why. Me and my mum have had loads of trouble over the years, but no matter how much me and my mum argue or swear at eachother, what he did is ALOT worse for my mum.

Saying that, I expected a harder punch from some one so big, I didn't even move LOL. Obviously it wasn't his hardest, but still. I had half a mind to punch him back, but I know if I had, I would of ended up in hospital..and I just don't think my mum needs that this christmas

Well, Everyone is equal to me, So why is hitting a girl different to hitting another dude? I hit who I want, When I want, But it has to have a good reason for me to do it, And I have yet to do it, But everyone knows (well My grade) Not to tick me off or they'll get a face full of fist. (I'm the 3rd tallest, Maybe the 3rd strongest, and I'm not being arrogant.)

Well, I feel sorry for you, Jessica, If it happens again, call the cops. Not only is he stressing your family, But He's stressing the whole neighborhood.
