You never know... I have an Apache ranchu that was black and orange and almost all the black is now gone and the fish has settled into a light peach color. Some of the colors like orange are very dominant in these fish.

Thought I would share another one of my goldies. This one was sold as a calico “milk cow” ranchu.

Fish is currently in quarantine, came in with a lateral line inflammation that Ive been working on getting better.

Cohazard , beautiful orandas, look like Yuanbao types? Where did you find yours? Mine have all been online orders from multiple vendors. None of my local stores carry anything that fancy, just the typical stuff.

Thanks! Yeah I think so, I just bought them as ‘fancy goldfish’ from the waterfront slc in Utah.

Here in California we do have a few vendors that import and offer golds on this par, but I’m mainly a fan of red/white Sakura short body types.
