Fantasy Breeding

May have already been covered. Got tired of looking but...
Given unlimited space/resources/knowledge, what fish would you breed?
Keep in mind you want to actually be able to do something with all your giant Mekongs other than play practical jokes on your neighbors with 600 lb catfish.

Following local laws is optional. With your money you might be able to get a permit.

Coelacanth, just like my fantasy fish. They're endangered so breeding to reintroduce would be fun.

Pengasius catfish they need some help , Maybe a few great white shark's and seeing as this is fantasy breeding i'd have a pod of sperm whales.

I would like to spawn Clown loaches. I think that would feel very rewarding.

I keep fish because I am into fantasy breeding. I am having a fair amount of good luck with it too and even the ones I am not able to breed (yet) I am having a great amount of fun trying. Unfortunately I live in Australia where even most cichlids are prohibited imports and many monsters are noxious so I am not able to disclose what I keep or breed.

BTW: I have been to Thailand and Asia specifically to buy/watch/learn about fish breedng and have seen first hand how they breed the Mekong and Pengasius cats. Its not that hard!!
