I've had my eye on his but like I said I'm on a serious budget. I don't wanna. Waste a perfectly good cichla I know I can only afford a 180 gallon at the moment so I'm gonna be smart and hold off on more. In a year or two from now I will indeed get good quality fish. I'd rather enjoy these and use it as a learning experience :)

Hell I dont know lol I'm not even sure what they are. They were sold to me as Ocells but these guys say farmies so only time will tell! I like em either way lol

No punnett square genetics with these bass, if that is what you are implying. If you breed two mono/ocell hybrids you are not going to get 50% ocell and 50% mono offspring. The offspring will be hybrids as well. Nothing wrong with them, to me they are plain and boring.

Can't really see in these pictures but a couple of my bass there eyelids are a nice light yellow color is that just a normal trait for any bass
