Fast cars?

OK OK great thread here we go with my thoughts. Liked the Mustangs (especially the 1970 Mach, beautiful car) liked the RX7, I too would rather build my own car. Like the Lotus and agree with Peacock Bass that the new Vette is simply awsome. Veryons are cool but just don't like the look, glad a Skyline will come our way just dissapointed that it's butt ugly. I don't block the Mustang II from memory as it's a great candidate for a street sleeper. Hate FWD based cars sorry that includes EVOs and Eclipses (just opinion please don't call me Satan). Never been into the high end BMWs and Benzs though I admit they are great cars. The new Ford GT is one of my favorite designs ever, it's timeless and beautiful as is the S7. Think the Supra was a beautiful car (without stickers, wing, and obnoxious body kits) as was the 300Z, yet find the new 350Z ugly as all hell (most new Nissans are). Love that Olds, though I do like the boattail or diamond window Riviera more. The GMC Cyclone truck is cool too, couldn't list the cars not on this thread that I like that would take some doing. Oh and the Lotus and Subaru are nice cars as well, love those Subarus as they are turbo charged and all whell drive like the EVOs only unlike the EVO their drivelines are longitudal not transverse.
....and for the recoerd I drive a 99 F150 a truck. However I'm building a 65' Mustang fastback, posted the pic elsewhere I'll post it here later.
The white one is mine, no driveline and ready to start on, I want it to look like the red one only Deep Highland green and Torqthrust rims.
Had a chance to buy a Pantera years ago with no driveline but passed it up, dam I'm an idiot love Panteras.

None of the imports around here can touch my car and it's not anywhere near done. As for the Firechicken it needs some serious work because it's so old that stock new cars can either beat it or keep up with it. Boo! But I do agree with the FWD remark I wish mine was AWD but I got it before I knew better. But as for the EVO 8 that thing is bad and so is the STI.

No doubt my only problem with the Evo is the front drive bias. As well the STI and Evo are both econo-box designs. If they used those chassis with serious designs it'd be great. You can buy an Evo and go to a track and race against cars that cost three times as much. They should base a sports coupe on it.
