Fastae or Mayan?

I picked these up today, they said it was a red terror and that their "red terror guy" even came in and confirmed it for them. I would like some further confirmation or oppositions. And if you can, give some support for your identification.

no expert either but the spot on back by the tail looks to be the whole heighth of the tail, rather then just the upper half, which i believe is a mayan trait.

Tto me mayans are more agressive its really depends on the indivual. Red terros get way more colorful.
