Fastest Growing Plant?

I'm thinking I'm going to do something with seeing how plants as well as algae responds to and iron treatment which is intended to trap free phosphates in water.

Any other ideas someone wants to suggest? I have to propose my idea by fri

My watersprite grows super fast in all light, its taking over my 10g, and filled up a good portion of my 55 before i pulled it out
