Fastest Growth Rate?

Hi blurock,i feed him mealworms,prawn,crickets,cichlid gold etc,ive only seen him eat the worms and the prawn and some catfish pellets but whatever i put in,its gone the next day and hes obviously eating quite a bit as he is quite fat(pics in show me your ornates).

I feed my sens earthworms, sinking cichlid gold, bloodworms, and cut up silver sides. One has grown and put on good girth, but not real quicklike. I'd love to get a poly with faster growth rate, since I don't really have the money to buy one thats big to begin with, but all my other fish are outgrowing my sens...
I used to feed beefheart, and it put on some girth on the first sen, but not a whole lot of growth... I backed off on beefheart when I started getting protien worms, even with regular wc and cleaning...
