I'd have to say mbuna. Those little bastids were a pain to net.

I have or have had every "fast" fish in this thread, and nothing beats a zalio to the pellets!

The fastest cichlid is any cichlid running away from a bigger/meaner cichlid.

You'd figure the pikes, pbass, snook, and parachromis would be among the fastest, because of their build. Agility wise convicts have to be up there, and similar types like cutteri, HRP etc.

i think pike cichlids are the fastest their a preditory cichlid that is built like a torpeedo.
