Fastest way to grow fry

I want to kno how yall grow yalls fry the fastest. How often do u feed, wc etc.. i have a group of acei that are just getting to size and are starting to breed

I can't quite say what I feed mine...lets just say its unorthodox but VERY effective.

Waterchanges and heavy feeding of high protein foods - ideally changing water everyday and feeding 2-3 times a day.

big tank feeding 4 times aday stong water flow (wave maker can help with that) and good filtration all help

increased flow makes the fry work harder,therefore stronger,but have zones with less flow so fish can rest.

strength and growth rate are not directly related (i.e. forcing an animal to work harder doesn't make them grow faster). Increased flow is more likely to wear fry out rather than make them stronger.
