I'm betting that CB one is just maxed out due to it's genes. I guess you can consider it SB, same way with albinos, some look like normal sens, some are stubby, and then you have popcorn albinos that are super SB
Just natural variation in genetic make-up as Ann pointed out. I would hold onto it, it's unique because you dont' see stubby dels very often.
