Fat lip

One of my three roselines has developed a growth of or on its bottom jaw. It had stopped, or reduced its eating prior to this growths appearance on its mouth, and is nearly half the size it was( in thickness). The other two are fat and healthy. Non planted 55 community. Any ideas as to the issue or treatments?

can you pull the fish out of water and see if the bump protrudes into the mouth? there is a lot of things it could be. Is the bump getting any bigger?

Google duck lips it's known as columnaris high mortality rate. Looks like it

Sadly he did pass, everyone else seems fine so I believe he was just predisposed. Thank you for the help.
