I think it is "bloat" Lots on info. on the net with many different treatment.
I'm going to start with the simplest.
Quarantine and feed shelled peas which acts a a laxative.
If it bloats and you keep feeding it, it will die. bowel rupture, infection, or whatever.
Stop feeding it completely until it's normal size. Couple days.

Stopped feeding and did a 50% water change.
Increasing temp a couple degee to 80 and added 1 tbls salt/5gal.
