FATF and Red Tail Barracuda combination

Sorry, I couldn't take any clear pictures from phone camera and I don't have any decent digital camera. The FATF calm down a lot and gave those cudas an easier time, its still try to show those cudas who is the boss in the tank. I dump some Rosy Red (clean and quarantined) before i go to work and they were all gone when I got back home...I still not sure whose ate all the rosy but at least some one was hungry :)
 
I have kept them together before. About ten years ago. Everybody was cool till I separated them. No problems. No scars from fighting. Atf got curated to eat stuff otherthan live.
 
Just an update:
After 2 weeks, everyone live together and no harm done (4x Hujeta Gars, 2x Red Tail Barracuda and 1x FATF (King of the tank)), the FATF still bully cudas here and there but more like some love bites than trying to kill them. It's completely ignore those gars though and those Gars gainning in size faster than others >.<
Also, the FATF catching up on size with cudas now, it's almost same size and getting thicker. I will need to borrow my sister digital camera for a good clear shot pics.
 
Glad to hear it's working out! My ATF also ignores his Hujeta Gar tankmate, but he's also much larger than the little gar is by now.

I'd love to see some pics of these guys. I'm a sucker for silver, toothy fish.
 
Ya for some reason, everything I've ever owned have always ignored hujetas. I had 2 hujetas with a gatf, 2 armatus and an aba aba knife and they never bugged the gars ever

So little over a month after the combination few things are changed:
* Hujeta Gars are big thread to FATF now and they are start attacking him when its nearby, I bought these gars around 2.5 ~ 3 inches in size and now they are at 6 inches and very thick >.< I didn't know they have fast growth rate.
* I woke up this morning and saw the FATF lost few scales on 1 side of its body and 1 death cuda :( (I'm not sure whose is the suspect for the death).
* Now, the FATF already bigger than cudas in size, I bought it over 2 months ago at 2.5 ~ 3 inches and now it nearly 6 inches...I still don't see any teeths though, not like my GATF show its teeths even at young age.
* I removed Hujeta Gar, Red tail cuda and took them back to my LFS....So I'm back to square one LOL.


** Question: Does FATF show aggressive teeths like GATF when it reach bigger size? (current at 6 inches)
