fattest bullhead ever

Love bullheads in a tank but I hate bullheads when trying to fish for bass and crappies. They suck big time because they have that stinger and I got bite one time by those sucker. Lets just say scared the crap out of me. They also make a funny noise too when I try to get the hook out.

In the spring time we can catch baby bullheads and if you put a pack in the fish tank you can see how fun they are to watch. They follow each other in a pack and do resemble sharks at times.
 
Does bullhead eat plants??? Because mine are tearing up all my cambomba plants.
 
Holy Hell!!! That fish has a gut like this guy at work. Just hangin out everywhere.
 
yeah mine has eaten fish almost as big as he is their insane. i used to have a bunch in my 125 but i brought some to my school because there just wasnt room but now the one i have left isnt very active anymore, are bullheads really social animals? i know the babies are but this guys pretty big...idk what the problem is
 
damn! i got one to eat so much he floated for 3 hrs. but he lived...lol

bullheads like to school no matter what size, id suggest getting a smaller bullhead and letting it grow up with the bigger guy. bigger bullheads dont do well when put in a tank, they seem to catch deseases easy, but if you grow them out, they seem to last forever.

when you catch bullheads, you'll notice once you catch one, thats all your going to catch, and thier all about the same size. its because they sometimes have schools of 200 or more fish. ive even seen bullheads and small blues, flathead, and channels be in the same school.

I have a bullhead and LMB. The LMB takes the cake for eating. I once saw him eat a perch 2/3 his size. The tail was still hanging out his mouth and you could see the head almost poking out his ass.
