the auratus are in a 40 gal, with 1 male and 2 females (trying to get something to happen there) one female is getting pretty beat up so i think a nice bond is forming, and the other fish are in a 65gal. since most of my fish in the 65 are farily small it will give them more then enough room to grow, i believe there is about 8 fish in there the biggest being my male and female labidochromis both yellow female is pushing about 2.5inches and the male is almost around 4inches now

Peacocks, Fronts and bleekeri

Peacocks because of the colors, behavior and breeding..

Fronts because I like their shape, colors and how docile they are

Bleekeri b/c its the largest/most agressive cichlid I have and its very entertaining to feed =)

so many, cant have just one favorite.

of mbuna, i like demasoni and perlmutts the best probably.
haps, venustus definetly, and Sc. Fryeri.
peacocks, well all of them are nice, i particular am fond of the sulfur heads, not as popular but well, they just are.

Fronts are wonderful of course, and i plan on someday having a huge tank for a nice size colony of them.

i also really like hemichromis anything :). jewels are marvelous fish, i like their breeding and child raising traits best of all tho :).
 
My current favourite is my Lab Hongi. The males are very colourful especially when mating.

But I will always have a soft spot the simple Yellow Labs. He was my first (cichlid).
