I really love my lil group of these... masters of their lil tank

I'm assuming the Gold will max out in the 5-6" range like the blue variant. Right now he is 2.5 -3" and an awesome little fish. Doesn't seem to mess w/ fish smaller than him. He will def. not back down to any of the large fish in my tank. Not overly aggressive, a lot of flaring. I think his bark is worse....

This is what I really want as well... They are great!

When I had a few tangs my faaves was the
Altolamprologus calvus & Compressiceps, mine
was only small.

I had them in a 50G with Frontosa, Karilani,
Neolamprologus leleupi <Yellow>, one Synodontis
multipunctatus a few Synodontis eupterus and one
fire eel.

My favorite would have to be Boulengerochromis microlepis. Hopefully one day I can find some and get a tank big enough to house a pair.
