Wow, 5 year warranty on the golds, 3 year on the non-gold. Slightly less performance on the golds, but also less watts used.
It's actually more per month over ($9.66) 3 years for the non-gold than it is for the gold ($7.98). I'm definitely going to spend the up front extra to get the 5 year warranty gold pumps. I like cost per month over life of warranty comparison. Puts things in perspective instead of just cost $349 vs. $479.
